LeadsCon Las Vegas 2017 is a wrap! This year, Jornaya had 18 employees in attendance, and after an exciting (and exhausting!) few days the Paris Hotel, we thought we'd share some of the top moments, quotes, and pictures from this year's show.
Where We Were:
At the booth
At booth #212, we enjoyed meeting new people and educating them on Jornaya's products. Oh yeah...and The King stopped by for a quick photo op as well!
Dinners & Parties
We enjoyed spending time outside of the conference with our customers, partners, and friends! Unfortunately, that's all we can say about that, because, as you know, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas :)
A Chat with Facebook: Generating High Quality Leads Safely Using Facebook and Jornaya
This was an informational session and Q&A with the Facebook product team in Jornaya’s meeting room where attendees got the opportunity to learn more about how Facebook lead ads can help their business connect to more consumers on mobile.
“The average time a consumer spends on mobile per day is 3 hours...25% of the of time global consumers are on their phone they are either on Facebook or Instagram” -Doug Weiss (Pictured above), Product Growth Team Manager, Product Partnerships, Facebook
Originally slated as the moderator for this panel, our Founder & CEO, Ross Shanken, caught the flu just a day before LeadsCon! Luckily, we had an ace in our back pocket named Jaimie Pickles (pictured at the podium below), who managed to fill in splendidly for Ross.
In this session, the panel discussed how the industry is quickly shifting towards using data-driven insights earlier in the consumer journey to identify active buyers at first signs of competitive shopping, instead of when they submit a lead.
The 2nd day of LeadsCon started off with a bang with this exciting panel of mortgage experts including Todd Jones (President, Retail Mortgage, BBMC Mortgage), Chris Backe (Director of Business Development - Financial Services, Velocify), Mike Eshelman (VP of Marketing, First Direct Lending) and moderator, Dale Vermillion (CEO, Vermillion Consulting, Inc).
The panel used their time to discuss how technology has and will continue to reshape how loans are sold, particularly when it comes to millennial buyers.
Our final appearance on the stage at LeadsCon, this session featured insightful Jornaya intended to show how EDU prospects were behaving online.
