Rob Rokoff joined Jornaya (then LeadiD) in early 2012, partnering with Ross and Manny to build the business. Following the tragedies of Sept 11, 2001, Rob sold his start-up of 5 years, College Handymen, and spent 4 months raising $1M for the 9/11 Fund supporting families of the victims. In 2004, Rob was part of the Pri-Med exit to Bain Capital for $450M as the largest provider of continuing medical education in America. Rob also organized and sold the largest socially responsible sports group to the Boston Red Sox.
In 2007, Rob helped VC-backed Circles Company, Inc. exit to Sodexho Alliance. He led competitive intelligence, partnership development, and managed call centers in the US & Canada for American Express, Citigroup and others, developing concierge & loyalty programs. In 2008, Rob joined Leads360, Inc. (now Velocify) tasked with partnership development and diversifying product verticals. In 2011, he was relocated to the Bay Area by TARGUSinfo to drive market expansion just prior to the $650M acquisition by Neustar. Rob has presented at Google Summit, and was named as Service and Technology LEADER for the LeadsCouncil Leaders Group. Rob is based in Oakland, CA, is an avid photographer, skier and Boston sports fan.
Over the last decade, Manny Wald has been active in the information technology sector, creating innovative solutions for businesses in the financial services, real estate, healthcare, education, and insurance industries. Manny has a background in business intelligence, application development, data warehousing, web services, and building tools to manage transactional and analytical information.
Additionally, Manny invented a system to protect the intellectual property rights of content owners that manages the entire copyright infringement lifecycle by identifying infringing material online, monitoring and providing analysis of infringing activity, producing evidence used in federal litigation, and reducing online piracy levels.
As CFO, Lou Desiderio is responsible for operational and financial leadership and helps guide execution of the company’s market-defining strategic business opportunities.
Prior to joining Jornaya, Lou served as Chief Financial Officer for Knovel Corporation, a technical engineering resource company, where he led its strategic sale to Reed Elsevier; Visible World, a leading provider of targeted television advertising solutions; Princeton Softech, an enterprise data management company, acquired by IBM; netForensics, a security information management software business, and Innovative Tech Systems, a developer of facility management software, acquired by Peregrine Systems.
In these roles, he served as Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for driving profitability, raising capital, executing strategic business plans, and managing strategic sale transactions, IPOs and acquisitions. Lou began his career with Coopers & Lybrand’s Emerging Business Services group.
Todd J. Nelson is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Jornaya, where he is responsible for all customer, data, and engineering operations across the company. Prior to joining Jornaya, Todd was a Program Director for IBM DataWorks, a fully managed data preparation and movement service for IBM Cloud Data Services. Nelson has demonstrated management and thought leadership in designing and driving highly effective products and processes that support organizational growth. His role in directing all customer and operations activity, for both business and technical users, allows him to combine the experience from a business perspective as well as the technology perspective. Todd’s experience includes data integration and quality, real-time data movement, and data lifecycle management with security and privacy across platform infrastructures.
Lauren Dickstein joined Jornaya (then LeadiD) in July 2012 to manage strategic client relationships and provide best-in-class service to the company's growing customer base. As VP of Data & Analytics Strategy, Lauren focuses on unlocking the value of Jornaya's rich dataset for the company's customers through targeted analytics and business optimization.
Prior to joining Jornaya, Lauren was the Director of Client Strategy at Ampush Media in San Francisco. As an early employee at Ampush, Lauren helped build the lead generation business, working closely with clients in the EDU vertical. Before Ampush, Lauren was an analyst on a quantitative portfolio management team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in New York.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, running, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
John Galvin is the Chief Technology Officer at Jornaya, where he oversees the strategic roadmap for the Jornaya consumer journey technology platform and drives key technology initiatives that leverage the predictive power of Jornaya’s rich data sources.
Galvin has a twenty-year track record of building highly effective engineering organizations at high-growth companies and has extensive experience developing scalable and robust state-of-the-art software products across both web and mobile. Prior to joining Jornaya, Galvin served as CTO of marketing technology leader PointRoll. Earlier in his career, Galvin led technology efforts at both start-ups and recognized brands including SIEMENS and IBM.
Matt Lohman is the Senior Vice President of Sales at Jornaya where he is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding marketplace presence for the company. Prior to joining Jornaya, Matt was most recently VP of Sales for Oracle’s Marketing Cloud, leading sales efforts for BlueKai, Oracle’s Data Management Platform. Lohman started with Oracle as part of the acquisition of Eloqua. He has spent the majority of his career in Business Development and Sales leadership roles for growing SaaS and DaaS businesses where he has developed and operated repeatable, actionable and scalable sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
Theresé Julo is Vice-President, People Operations at Jornaya, where she is responsible for holistically connecting business and talent strategies. For more than 20 years, Theresé has been helping executives and employees create inspiring workplaces that elevate company and individual performance to achieve intended business results.
Theresé's experience spans executive Human Resource roles across a variety of industries and STEM environments including information technology (IT), supply-chain, insurance, finance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, and fitness. She has deep expertise in optimizing talent and culture throughout a company's stages of evolution including experience with several successful start-up ventures, fast growth companies, organizational transformations, and M&A's. Theresé’s background combines the specialties of human resources, change management and organizational design. She strives to build inspiring cultures where people enjoy coming to work.
